Counting the House

We’re still snowed in here.  Tomorrow will be the third day they have cancelled school due to the weather and the kids are getting a little stir crazy.  I know a lot of the U.S. is in a similar predicament, so here’s an activity to keep your kids busy.  Visit Let’s Explore Play Everyday and print out their “counting the house” pdf.  It’s a bonus if you have a clipboard to make it look official.  JR loved counting the number of items we had in our house and recording it on the sheet.  I laminated mine so it could be used over and over.

Let’s Explore Play Everyday also has 10 ways to play in February that looks like fun too.  Now, if only the weather would warm up so we can play outside…

What activities keep your children busy on snow days?
